2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation). Transfers to the USA rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. One cookie stores your language choice (12 months); a value in session storage ensures the opening animation shows once per visit. Neither is used for analytics.

4. Circle and Forever Now Cam (sign-up)

When you join the Circle or apply for a camera, we store what you enter (email, city, and where given name, Instagram, note) to inform you about events, releases and drops, or to select camera recipients. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Data is stored with Supabase Inc. (EU region Frankfurt). You can withdraw consent at any time by email; we then delete your data.

5. Shop (Wear Amante)

Product data is loaded via the Shopify Storefront API. Clicking a product takes you to our shop at Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. For orders, the shop’s privacy policy applies: Shopify.

6. External links

Links to Bandcamp, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify and ticket providers lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. We do not embed content from these services.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (competent: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).
